The Seller warrants to the Buyer:

​

• The puppy is sold in good health with current vaccinations and deworming. A licensed veterinarian has examined and determined the puppy to be free of infectious, contagious or communicable diseases. The Buyer shall have the puppy examined by their own vet within 5 business days of possession.

​

• The Seller provides a two-year guarantee against hereditary life-threatening defects from the date of birth. If a life-threatening congenital defect is diagnosed by a veterinarian, the Buyer must promptly notify the Seller in writing via email, including the veterinarian's diagnosis clearly describing the nature of the defect and any requested records. The Seller may have the puppy examined by another veterinarian. If both veterinarians confirm the defect, the Seller will replace the puppy with one of equal value and breed from the next available litter. Cash refunds are not offered.

• This warranty excludes; umbilical hernias, undescended testicle, improper bites, allergies, Grade 1 or 2 heart murmurs, viral illnesses or infections, physical injuries or illnesses caused by human neglect (e.g., ingesting chemicals, foreign objects), Parasite infestations (fleas, ticks, worms, coccidiosis), Dysphasia caused by obesity, dietary deficiencies, or overexertion.

Buyer’s Undertakings

 

• The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or replacing the puppy. Replacement puppies are covered by this warranty.

​

• The Buyer is responsible for spaying/neutering the puppy before it reaches 1 year of age. Proof of the procedure must be provided to the Seller via email.

​

• This contract/agreement is binding only upon the original puppy Buyer and cannot be transferred to another party. 

​

• If unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent the Buyer from keeping the Puppy, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing. The Buyer agrees not to surrender the Puppy to an animal shelter without first consulting with the Seller. The Seller will collaborate with the Buyer to find a suitable new home for the Puppy while it remains in the Buyer's care.

• This puppy is intended as a companion pet. No guarantees are made regarding adult size, conformation, color, or coat pattern. Seller bears no responsibility for post-sale care, including mortality. This agreement supersedes all other representations or warranties.
