The Seller warrants to the Buyer:

​

• Dreamdoods guarantees the puppy is in good health, current on all puppy shots, wormed and free of communicable disease at time of purchase. A licensed veterinarian has inspected the said puppy and it is found to be healthy and sound and not showing signs of infectious, contagious and/or communicable diseases. Dreamdoods provides a guarantee against any HEREDITARY (life threatening) defects 1 year from the date of birth. However your veterinarian must see this puppy within 3 business days of pick up in order to validate this contract.  In the event that a hereditary defect is discovered the Buyer must contact Dreamdoods in writing immediately with a copy of the veterinarian's diagnosis describing the exact nature of the illness or defect.  Dreamdoods reserves the right to have a second opinion by a veterinarian of our choosing before agreeing to replace the original puppy with one of equal value and breed from the next available litter.  No money shall be refunded

• If it is decided that the original puppy is left with Buyer, the puppy is to be spayed/neutered with a copy of proof furnished in writing by a licensed veterinarian within 30 days of the decision.  Any shipping costs to return/replace the puppy are the responsibility of the Buyer. Replacement puppies will be covered under this guarantee.

• A replacement puppy will not be offered for slight and non life threatening defects such as but not limited to: Small umbilical hernia, undescended testicle, or slight underbite or overbite. Any umbilical hernia or other defect of concern to our vet will be repaired before the puppy leaves our home.  Likewise, Dysphasia caused by obesity, dietary deficiency, or overexertion does not fall under this obligation.

• The Buyer agrees to spay/neuter the puppy before 1 years of age

​

• This contract/agreement applies to the original puppy Buyer and is NOT transferable. 

​

• It understood that the puppy is of pet quality for the expressed purpose of a companion pet. Adult size, conformation, color, and pattern of dog/puppy are not guaranteed.  Dreamdoods assumes no responsibility for the puppy after it leaves the premises for mortality, family disagreement, landlord disapproval, or any other reason.  It is further understood that no warranty or representation has been made regarding the puppy except as set forth in writing in this agreement.

The Buyer has read all of the foregoing understands and agrees with the above provisions and acknowledges a receipt of a copy of this agreement. If any of the terms have not been met then this contract becomes null and void immediately .
