DEPOSITS

We are always accepting deposits for our future puppies! Deposits are $500 and will be deducted from the final Pet Puppy price.  Deposits are strictly NON REFUNDABLE. You are welcome to transfer your deposit to any litter (upcoming/available).  While we cannot guarantee we will have the specific gender, color, or coat type of your choice from your desired litter, we CAN guarantee that you will get a healthy and delightful new family member! We try our very best to make an educated guess about what puppies we will be expecting, but Mother Nature ultimately decides what we get and when. You are more than welcome to skip any available litter and wait for the perfect puppy.  Please fill out a Puppy Application, we will email you with deposit information.  Deposits are accepted via EMT and PayPal (+fees) for non-canadiens.

FINAL PAYMENTS

Final payment on your chosen puppy is due 2 weeks before your litter's Go-Home date or at 6 weeks old.  This confirms the puppy is assigned to you. Your puppy will be considered yours once your Deposit and Final Payment are received.  If you require delivery, all shipping fees will be due along with the remaining balance of your puppy.

PRIORITY WAITLIST 

How it works: If you would like to be placed on our Priority Waitlist against any upcoming litter of puppies, a Waitlist Application and deposit will reserve your spot in line. It is never too early to get on our list! The sooner you do the better chance you have of getting the puppy you want. Some of the advantages of joining a waitlist include:

VISITATION PROCESS / PICK UP

Our puppy visits are VIRTUAL and weekly starting from 3-4 weeks of age when puppies have grown more into their looks! We do not operate a traditional kennel breeding facility. Our puppies are raised in the homes of our Woman Led Puppy Care Team therefore we do not have business hours for people to stop by. For the safety of puppies and privacy of our family homes, puppy visitation will be virtual and weekly until Go Home Day. Frequent updates in pictures and videos will be made available on our social media. Virtual visits have proven to be great for families especially those who are not local! We will provide a pick up address to individuals who have committed to adopting one of our puppies.

PICK OF THE LITTER
For people on our waitlist: Once your application is approved and we receive your deposit, we will hold a spot in the order we received deposits. First to reserve gets first pick and so on. When puppies are born you will be notified and provided pictures. At 4 weeks old,  when puppies have grown a bit more into their looks and personalities, we will have our first video meeting with families and puppies where temperaments and personalities will be discussed in detail and families will make their choices. Please note that if you are set on a particular type of puppy your wait may be longer.  If you aren't particular on color, gender, etc. you will likely have more options to choose from and have the opportunity to get your puppy sooner.

DELIVERY

We are equipped and ready to hand-deliver your puppy to your home or an Airport near you worldwide (where possible)! Your puppy will fly as carry-on with our "flight nanny" in the comfort and protection of the airplane cabin. Delivery is available upon request and prices will vary by location.  For puppies traveling by Air the transportation fee will include your puppy's health certificate and soft crate.​ You are welcome to fly in and take your puppy home as a carry-on. We can meet you at the Pearson International Airport, Ottawa International Airport or Montréal–Trudeau International Airport.  There may be an Airport delivery charge.  We will require your flight itinerary at least 7 days to meet up.  Local families and those who wish to drive to pick up their puppy are welcome on scheduled puppy pick-up dates. We stand behind each puppy we sell, and each one will come with a 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee. We guarantee your puppy to be free from any life threatening congenital defect or we will replace your puppy free of charge.

BREEDING RIGHTS

Each puppy will be sold on a strict spay/neuter agreement.  We offer breeding rights to approved ethical breeders.  Let us know on the application if you are a breeder or contact us directly via email if interested.
